1. The Poplars Hotel, Moulton
The Poplars Hotel in Cross Street, Moulton, is the top-rated hotel in Northampton, according to Tripadvisor, with four-and-a-half stars out of five in its traveller rating, with 685 reviews. A review from March said: "If only more hotels were run as this one is. The very quick and efficient booking had been made by telephone and was matched by the excellent welcome given to us at check-in. Very high standards of cleanliness, food and hospitality mean we would thoroughly recommend The Poplars to anyone wishing to stay in the area."
2. Premier Inn, Northampton town centre
The Premier Inn, in Swan Street, is the second-highest rated hotel in Northampton, according to Tripadvisor, with four-and-a-half stars out of five in its traveller rating, with 617 reviews. The Coach and Horses, in Harborough Road, Brixworth, is the highest rated B&B in Northampton, according to Tripadvisor, with four-and-a-half stars out of five in its traveller rating, with 87 reviews. A review from February said: "Altogether it was a pleasant stay (if a little expensive) and we would not hesitate to stay again."
