TEDxNorthampton coming in 2026 with ‘Unfolding Futures’
TEDxNorthampton 2026 has officially launched with the theme “Unfolding Futures”, inviting residents across Northamptonshire to share powerful ideas, lived experiences and creative performances.
The event will take place in March 2026 at the Icon Innovation Centre in Daventry and is now open for speaker and performer applications.
Organiser Damon Boughen and Co-Organiser Shanu Patil say they are particularly interested in uncovering unique local stories that represent Northamptonshire’s identity including voices connected to Northampton’s world-famous shoe and leather industry and stories linked to Silverstone’s iconic motorsport heritage.
“Northamptonshire has so many untold stories,” said Shanu. “From people who have shaped our historic shoe industry to those with memories or insights from Silverstone and the world of motorsport, these are exactly the kinds of perspectives we want on the TEDx stage.”
Damon added: “We welcome anyone with an idea worth spreading, whether it’s grounded in business, technology, arts, community work or the county’s history. The diversity of Northamptonshire’s voices is what makes this event so special.”
