The film, called Alien Hunters, which Isaac describes as science fiction, action and comedy, follows the main character, Justine, who sees aliens land in her garden.
Justine then rings her ex-boyfriend, the only person who will believe her, and they fight together to save Earth from destruction.
Isaac, who is 28, said: “Being a film or TV director and producer has always been my dream career.

“And the Northamptonshire landscape inspired me to get out my camera and film.
“During lockdown it was difficult to get actors and crew and at first I didn’t know what to do.
“My girlfriend and her brother have never had any acting experience, but they were up for the challenge, so we went for it.”

In total, they tallied up 31 days of shooting, which equated to around 60 hours of footage that Isaac had to edit into an 18 minute short film.
He added: “We ended up filming from April to June in the family home and in the surrounding fields.
“The family were brilliant and let me use anything I could find around the house as props or to make into props and we even cast Spin, the family dog and sheep in the nearby fields.

“I’m extremely grateful to them and it went a lot better than I thought it would.”
Now that filming is complete, Isaac is putting the finishing touches on the special effects, sounds and edits.
Once the short film is ready, he will submit it to film festivals in a bid to share it with the world.
