Channel 5 TV show looking for Northampton residents whose house could do 'with a free clean-up'

A Channel 5 television show is looking for people in Northampton to get in touch if they would like to feature on Filthy House SOS and get their house cleaned.

The show entails professional cleaners Richard and Brennan going over to people's homes, providing a thorough clean and passing on tips to stay on top of mess.

Brennan said: ‘’We want to transform people’s homes, while also teaching tips and tricks to help keep it spotless."

Richard added: ‘’No job is too tough for us. If you have a house you need expert help to clean, we want to hear from you."

The duo clean and declutter homes within the space of 4 days, completely free of charge.

A Flying Saucer TV spokeswoman, the production company behind the show, said the firm is almost finished with casting this series and would love to transform a home in the Northamptonshire area.

The spokeswoman added: "It's a great opportunity for anyone who might currently be struggling and need extra helping hands to feel comfortable and proud in their home, especially after lockdown."

Filming started this month (April) and will last until October.
