Escapade Silverstone introduces Express Lunch at The Gallery
Escapade Silverstone is delighted to unveil its new Express Lunch menu at The Gallery, offering a refined dining experience for guests on the go.
Available Monday to Friday from 12:00–14:30, this new addition is designed for those seeking a deliciously satisfying lunch that fits seamlessly into a busy schedule, whether for business, travel or leisure.
The Express Lunch menu showcases a focused selection of vibrant, seasonal plates that combine bold flavours with elegant presentation. Starters include Whipped Feta with Crispy Chilli and Hot Honey Dressing, Heirloom Tomato Salad with Mozzarella and Black Olive, and Crispy Pork Belly with a Spiced Plum Ketchup.
Main courses range from a Succulent Rib Cap Beef Burger with Bacon Jam, Applewood Cheddar and Chilli Relish, to a Plant-based Beetroot Burger with Confit Mushroom and Avocado, served with Sweet Potato Fries. A Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad is also available for a lighter, classic option.
For dessert, guests can choose from Confit Pineapple with Coconut Rum Sorbet, a Peach & Earl Grey Pavlova, or a curated selection of British Cheeses (available with a supplementary fee). Priced at £28 for two courses or £35 for three, the menu offers exceptional value in an elevated, unique setting.
