TwinFest back at town venues

Bands from Germany and France head to Northampton next week as TwinFest returns to the town.

Acts from Marburg and Poitiers will be playing at venues across Northampton joining local acts.

This year Starving Woodchucks and Yet from France and Germany’s _blank, The Vic Sur Band and LDMR will be joining Northampton acts.

TwinFest kicks off on Friday, July 3 at the Charles Bradlaugh with visiting bands playing before a headline set by An Army Of Lights.

Doors open 7pm, tickets cost £3 on the door or £5 for a weekend tickets.

The following day, TwinFest moves to The Lamplighter for an ‘all dayer’ from midday until midnight.

The garden acoustic stage will feature music by Bee Church, George Rose, Stephen Mone, The Swamp Stalkers and Yet

Upstairs The Barratts and Ivory Yardside will join the Starving Woodchucks.

Downstairs, Will Sey and The Wheelers will be joined by other visiting bands. Admission into Lamplighter gigs is free.

The TwinFest finale is at The Promfret Arms on Sunday, July 5, with Cousin Avi, _blank, LDMR, Starving Woodchucks, The Snakeman 3, Fox Chapel, Y-FI, The Gillespies and The Jackal Nine
