A show designed for children aged three to seven is coming to The Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering.
How Lion Became King Of Tinga Tinga Land comes to the show on Sunday March 27 with shows at 11.30am and 2pm.
The story of How Lion Became King Of Tinga Tinga Land is straightforward enough. Banjoko the Toucan flies to Africa to warn all of the animals of danger that threatens their homeland.
Deciding a king is needed to ward off danger, a group of jungle animals vie for the job but, when threatened by a pack of hungry hyenas, they realise there is only one animal brave enough to be king, Lutalo the lion.
It is described as a complete visual treat and with enough action and audience participation to entrance even the shyest child.
The show has been written and directed by Iain Lauchlan, the creator of the Tweenies.
Tickets start from £11.50 for adults and £9.50 for concessions. For more details, call the box office on 01536 414141 or visit www.lighthousetheatre.co.uk.
