English folk singer and festival favourite Beans On Toast brings his Small Town Celebrations tour to the region on Wednesday.
A decade in the game, Beans on Toast has built up something of an underground following around the world.
Last year he played shows on rooftops in Cape Town, tropical islands in the Barbados, folk festivals in Canada and covered more than 10,000 miles in the USA.
He rounded off 2015 by supporting Frank Turner on a six week tour of the USA before run of his own headline UK shows.
Beans On Toast released his seventh album last year via Xtra Mile Recordings.
It was recorded in Kansas with husband and wife country duo Truckstop Honeymoon.
On each gig of this tour, he will be joined by a new songwriter local to the town.
These songwriters will be included on a special Small Town Heroes compilation CD which will be available throughout the tour.
Also on the tour will be Sky Smeed, a country singer from Chanute, a small town in Kansas, bringing an international feel to proceedings.
Beans On Toast play MK11 in Milton Keynes on Wednesday, May 11.
Doors open at 7.30pm, tickets cost £10 in advance before fees.
