17-year wait for Sade gig

FOLLOWING the platinum-selling success of their 2010 album Soldier of Love, Sade make their highly-anticipated return to the LG Arena in Birmingham on Sunday.

Sade will perform songs from their collection of hits including Smooth Operator, No Ordinary Love and The Sweetest Taboo.

Sade’s latest album has sold more than three million copies worldwide.

Since the release of their debut album, Diamond Life in 1984, the band has seen all five of their studio albums land in the Top 10 on both the official UK Top 40 and US Billboard’s Top 200 album charts selling a total of more than 57 million albums worldwide.
