Children’s and horror films to be shown at special screenings

A cinema screening firm will be presenting a screening of two children’s film and a classic horror comedy before the end of the month,

LUNA FLIX is to show Shaun the Sheep and Minions at Irchester Village Hall on Tuesday October 27.

The former sees Shaun decide to take the day off and have some fun. He gets a little more action than he bargained for. A mix up with the Farmer, a caravan and a very steep hill lead them all to the Big City and it’s up to Shaun and the flock to return everyone safely home.

In the second film, Minions Stuart, Kevin and Bob are recruited by Scarlett Overkill, a super-villain who, alongside her inventor husband Herb, hatches a plot to take over the world.

The first film is shown at 1.15pm and the second at 3.15pm.

For horror fans, An American Werewolf In London will be shown on Friday October 30 starting at East Carlton park, from 7pm.

Two American college students on a walking tour of Britain are attacked by a werewolf that none of the locals will admit exists.
