The record, released independently, reached number eight in the UK Official Album Downloads Chart.

Speaking about the record’s success, Lockett said: “I feel totally over the moon, its strange but I almost feel like I've finally arrived now and this is where I start the next chapter.

“It can be hard to break from being a cult to a household name and I think getting a top 10 album has given me a real boost to the next stage in my career.”

The record also reached number three on the Amazon Best Seller Album Chart in the UK, number four on Sweden’s iTunes Album Chart and number five on the UK iTunes Album Chart.

Together at Home also reached 46 on the EU iTunes Album Chart and 87 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart.

Lockett added: “I wasn't sure how fans would react considering it's my first album.

“It was kinda meant to bridge the gap and be therapy for me to make during lockdown.”

The collection of songs was also inspired by Billy’s late father who was a huge influence both creatively and personally.

Some of the proceeds from Together At Home will be donated to the National Emergencies Trust charity.

Following the success of this record and a drum n’ bass collaboration with Dimension, Lockett now plans to return to his primary role as a singer songwriter.

He added: “I'm ready to start singing again. It’s time to start making my pop album and really focus on building from the achievements with the first album.

“I love and miss lyrics and am fully ready to come back with vocals next.”
