Bryan Adams brings his tour to the region

Multi-platinum singer songwriter Bryan Adams brings his Get Up Tour to the region next week.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Adams has released a number of iconic albums during his career. Some of his best-known albums are 18 til I Die and Waking up the Neighbours.

However, it was his Reckless LP which truly propelled him into the stratosphere of pop music’s ruling elite.

The album topped the US charts and spawned and singles such Heaven, Summer of 69, Run to You and One Night Love Affair.

His 1991 single Everything I Do, I Do It For You, spent 16 weeks at the top of the charts.

The Canadian singer released his 13th album in October.

The record was produced by ELO frontman Jeff Lynne and features nine new songs and four acoustic tracks.

Bryan Adams plays the Embankment in Peterborough on Friday, August 5.
