Aled Jones brings tour to Royal & Derngate in Northampton next month

Popular broadcaster Aled Jones will be bringing his new touring show to Royal & Derngate in Northampton on April 1

Back by popular demand, Aled Jones - singer, actor, author, broadcaster, TV presenter, musical theatre performer and part-time dancer – announces that he will once again be touring the UK with his ‘Songs of Hope and Inspiration” tour this Spring.

Beginning in the G Live Guildford, the tour will visit Newark, Inverness, Motherwell, Dunfermline, Buxton, Northampton and Poole.

Promising a wonderful evening of songs and stories, Aled will be accompanied by his band of world class musicians to perform songs from throughout his career.

“I really am looking forward to this tour and performing some old favourites as well as some new songs - I love life on the road and seeing my fans” says Aled.

Loved by the nation originally for his pure treble voice, Aled has 29 albums to his name - selling over 6.5 million to date – and recently celebrated more than 27 years as a household name.

Aled has been a regular on Songs of Praise for over 10 years, has presented ‘Escape to the Country’ and ‘Cash in the Attic’ for the BBC and, until recently, co-presented ‘Daybreak’ on ITV1.

Aled currently presents Classic FM’s Sunday morning radio show and ITV1’s new show called ‘Weekend’ every Saturday and Sunday.

Aled will also be making his West End debut this year in the leading role of ‘White Christmas’.
