SATURDAY COMBINATION: Zach attack steers Heyford to win over S&L

Zach Pugh-Brooks struck twice as Heyford Athletic claimed a 4-1 Duston Garage Premier Division win against Corby S&L Khalsa.

Fraser Bennett and Adam Shulver were also on target for the home side.

Duston Garage Division One

Wootton St George took advantage against lowly Kettering Orchard Park, claiming a 3-0 victory that moves them up two places in the league table.

Wootton’s goals came from Jamie Ellis, Ellis Stockport and Lewis Trasler.

Duston Garage Division Three

JLB FC got the better of Corby Ravens, earning a 3-2 success.

Scott Burton, Ben Gemer and Aaron Goodman got the goals.

Top of the table Mereway lost their unbeaten record as visitors Grange Park Rangers defeated them 2-1.

Harry Barnes and Sam Lavelle were the Grange Park heroes.

Duston Garage Division Four

Brixworth Reserves did their league position no harm by beating Corby Shamrock Reserves 6-1.

Earls Barton Reserves claimed victory by the same margin, seeing off Medbourne Reserves.

Bugbrooke ‘B’ hosted Weldon United ‘A’ and it was a great battle between two good teams.

Arran Brown scored a free kick only for Weldon to fall asleep at the back and concede a Bugbrooke reply.

Bugbrooke then went in front before conceding a leveller to ensure the spoils were shared.

Duston Garage Division Five

FC Fotogold dropped two places in the division after their first loss of the season.

Heyford Athletic Reserves were the team who inflicted it upon them and they move up to second.
