Details confirmed for Checkatrade tie at Cambridge
Cobblers' Checkatrade Trophy clash with Cambridge United will take place at the Abbey Stadium on Tuesday, December 4.
The second-round tie is scheduled to kick-off at 7.45pm but there will be no pre-sale of tickets so all supporters can pay on arrival at the game. Tickets cost £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and £1 for U18s.
Cobblers qualified for this stage of the competition after finishing second in South Group F behind Oxford United, while Cambridge topped South Group B to earn a home tie in the first knockout round.
Northampton were beaten by Portsmouth at this stage of last year’s competition.
