As always, it was a busy weekend of sporting action in Northampton last weekend.

Chron photographer Dave Ikin was out and about capturing the images for us, and here are the results.

On Saturday morning, Dave went to the Northants Basketball Centre to take in the Boys’ Under-13 Invitational Tournament taking place there.

In the afternoon, it was off to Brixworth to take in the Northants Combination Premier Division clash between Brixworth All Saints and Corby Pegasus.

On Sunday morning, Dave was up bright and early and took in a selection of local league matches at the Racecourse.
