Curle and Adams nominated for monthly awards after Cobblers' superb January form
Duo rewarded after Cobblers go unbeaten in January
Keith Curle has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month awarded following Cobblers' superb form in January.
The Cobblers started the month outside the play-off positions but finished it well inside thanks to five wins from six games, with a late goal at Leyton Orient denying them a 100 per cent record.
Town snatched a stoppage-time winner against Stevenage on New Year's Day and then overcame Salford, Morecambe and Scunthorpe, while also making impressive progress in the FA Cup.
Curle is nominated alongside Crewe boss David Artell, who oversaw 11 points from a possible 18, while Newport County's Mike Flynn picked up 10 from 15 and Ryan Lowe collected 13 from 18 for Plymouth. They are also both in the frame.
Meanwhile, assist king Nicky Adams will vie with Luke Jephcott, Jonny Maxted and Ollie Palmer for the Player of the Month award.
Adams racked up four assists in January to go with the goal he scored against Morecambe.
