'Cobbler In The Crowd' Wembley cutout deadline extended until 10pm on Thursday night

All supporters who didn't get involved with the cutout scheme for the semi-final clash with Cheltenham have the opportunity to add themselves or the faces of loved ones to the virtual 'Shoe Army' for the big date with Exeter City.

The Cobblers secured their place in the play-off final with a 3-0 win at the Robins on Monday night, overcoming the 2-0 defeat suffered at the PTS Academy Stadium last week.

During that first game last Thursday, more than 900 'Cobbler in the Crowd' cutouts were situated along the east stand, and they will now all be at Wembley.

A club statement read: "The Cobblers are off to Wembley for the Sky Bet League Two play off final and the Cobbler in the Crowd cut outs are too!

"As a thank you for your fantastic support of the Cobbler in the Crowd scheme, the club will be covering all the costs of moving your cut outs down to support the lads at Wembley.

"They will be installed at the national stadium in time for the play off final."

It was also confirmed that supporters will be able to buy new cutouts for the Wembley date.

The club statement continued: "Plus, great news! - If you missed out for the semi final - don't worry there is time to add yourself or a loved one to the Shoe Army, or even buy another cut out if you wish!"

The cutouts cost £25, and each one will contain the wording 'Wembley 2020 League Two EFL Play Off Final',

They are made from polypropylene and are completely recyclable. The material is toxin-free so it won’t leach chemicals into the surrounding environment, durable, strong and weatherproof.

After the game your cut out will be returned to the club at PTS Academy Stadium.

The original deadline for cutout orders was 6pm on Thursday (June 25), but that has now been extended to 10pm.

The club tweeted out: "Huge demand for Cobbler in the Crowd today - and thanks to @stadiumfaces - the deadline for submissions has been extended until 10pm tonight. Don't miss out and get your image seen at @wembleystadium "
