Basketball superstar Shaquille O'Neal has appeared in a YouTube video to show his delight at Cobblers' Sky Bet League Two title win.

NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal sings We are the Champions to Northampton Town fans in his latest Cobblers posting.

O’Neal is in business with Town chairman Kelvin Thomas, who owns the Florida-based Shaq-Fu radio station that the star developed.

He sent Cobblers a good luck message in February, saying “I know you are going to be the champs”.

And now that Chris Wilder’s men are, O’Neal has decided to send his congratulations.

The basketball star can be sen changing the famous Queen song to tie in wih the Cobblers league success.

He appears in the video sporting a Northampton Town scarf and introduces himself as part of the ‘Kelvin Cobblers champions’.

O’Neal goes on to sing “We are the champions”, expressing his happiness at the club’s immense achievements during this campaign.
