ALEX Osborne had this 25-12 at Stanwick

A long way adrift of that Courtney Hewlett made runner’s-up spot with 35-8 with Keith Garratt third on 25-8.

BIG brown fish were on the chomp at Stanwick, too, as the week saw a clutch of 20lb+ samples landed with Liam Rogers getting four to 30-9, Dan Hyde a 29-4, and Niall McGroaty a 28-1.

ON a totally different front, Matt Castle grassed what must be the largest local trout this year in shape of a 13-15 rainbow from Elinor.
