Visitng team thanks minibus for rescuing Northampton club's FA Vase clash...only for game to be abandoned
The coach carrying supports and players from Oxhey Jets, from Watford, came to a premature halt when the rear brakes seized up.
The coach broke down at junction 15 of the M1, next to the traffic lights, which caused severe delays to motorists as emergency services tried to remove the coach and direct traffic.

Hide AdLen Kerswill, who took the photographs of the incident, said: "Passengers were decanted to a traffic island. A passing minibus driver volunteered his service and conveyed the passengers to Silesby Rangers in Northampton.
"The game started 15 minutes late and unfortunately, after just 15 minues being played, the game was abandoned as the Oxhey Jets goalkeeper sustained serious facial injuries," he said.
The match is due to be replayed on Tuesday October 25 at 7.45pm.
