Former Premiership footballer and I’m a Celebrity... star Jimmy Bullard will be raising money in memory of a Northamptonshire five-year-old who died from cancer.
The after dinner event will take place Park Inn Hotel in Northampton’s Silver Street on Thursday, April 9 with funds raised going to the charity Niamh’s Next Step, which was started in memory of Niamh Curry of Finedon, who died in 2012 from neuroblastoma.
The evening, which is being organised by James Wager of Sports Speakers, will kick off from 6.30pm with a drinks reception followed by a three-course meal.
Mr Wager said: “Jimmy is clearly a man who speaks for himself and is certainly not afraid of expressing a strong view.
“He has always been one of the lads and a prankster, so he’s always great to listen to.”
Paul Booth will host the evening with comedy and there will also be a live auction of memorabilia.
