Two teenagers stole mobile phones after threatening to stab three men in Northampton

Two teenagers stole mobile phones from three men in Northampton after threatening to stab them if they didn’t hand over their property.

A police spokesman said the robbery happened in Limehurst Square, Duston, Northampton. on Monday shortly after 6.30pm.

The three men were at the parade of shops when they were approached by two teenage boys, who demanded they hand over their mobile phones and threatened to stab them if they didn’t.

The victims ran away towards Dulce Road, however, the offenders chased and assaulted them.

Witnesses or anyone with information are asked to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Two boys, aged 14 and 15, have been arrested in connection with the incident and released on bail pending further inquiries.
