Road closed in Northampton after two-vehicle accident
Emergency services have been called to an accident in Northampton.
Police closed a stretch of Birchfield Road East in Abington this afternoon (Friday) after a collision involving two vehicles.
Paramedics attended and one person is understood to have been injured. Firefighters were also called to release one of the vehicle occupants but were not needed.
