Major delays on the M1 in Northamptonshire after car breaks down in middle lane
Eight-mile tailbacks are being felt on the M1 in Northamptonshire after a car broke down in the middle lane.
The stricken vehicle is stranded between junction 14, for Milton Keynes, and junction 15 for Northampton on the Northbound carriageway.
The middle lane is currently closed while the vehicle is recovered.
Travel time is being delayed by around 30 minutes.
