Pupils found out about career options at an event that attracted businesses including Dr Martens and Barclaycard.
The event, which attracted more than 40 exhibitors and contributors, took place at Quinton House School, in Upton, Northampton.
The Career Pathways event was organised by Paul Chapman, careers co-ordinator and subject leader for business studies at Quinton House.
Around 150 pupils from Quinton House and local Northamptonshire schools attended the session. Pupils and their parents got an insight into higher education, apprenticeships and careers.
One student said: “It was an excellent event. The range of participants made me realise there are many careers I might not have considered. It was really worthwhile.”
