Thieves use Fiesta to ram raid Northamptonshire shop and steal large amount of cigarettes

Two men have stolen a large amount of cigarettes during a ram raid at a shop in Brackley.

A large quantity of cigarettes have been stolen from the Co-operative store in High Street in Brackley.

Two men reversed a green Ford Fiesta into the front of the store, breaking the doors. Once inside, they placed the cigarettes into what looked like a bed sheet, and loaded them into the car before driving away.

Both men were white and about 5ft 6in tall. The driver of the Fiesta is described as around 30 with a chubby build and dark balding hair. He was wearing a long-sleeved blue top.

The other offender was about 25 with a slim build. He was wearing dark gloves, a light-blue hooded top, light-blue jeans and Adidas Samba trainers

Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

The incident happened on Friday 6 June between 5.15am and 5.25am.
