Thieves used an angle grinder to steal a motorbike from a garage in Rushden.
The theft took place at the property in Tees Avenue some time between 3.30pm and 4pm on Tuesday, November 24.
The motorbike was an orange KTM model, which had been left in the garage of the property.
Vehicle owner David Warren feels he has been targeted.
He said: “We parked our car right in front of the garage and the thieves have physically dragged it out of the way.
“They’ve then jemmied the garage door open and bent it before climbing over the top.
“The bike was chained down but they’ve used an angle grinder in the garage to cut the locks off before riding off on it.
“Whoever did it knew it was in there and knew that we were out.”
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident or anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact them.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
