A pair of twins are launching a fitness centre in Northampton after already seeing success in Milton Keynes and Bedford.

Stephen and Mark Gray, former rugby players from Bedford, will open their third DoubleVision Conditioning Centre (DVCC) on Monday next week in Rothersthorpe Avenue, Far Cotton.

The 32-year-olds launched their fitness brand six years ago and say that their ‘The Real You Transformation Process’ specialises not just in weight loss and muscle-toning, but in improving bone density, joint and muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

In 2012, their methods and techniques earned them recognition as Personal Trainers of the Year at The World Conference for Fitness Trainers in California, USA.

Mark said: “We are serious about our programme and our clients. We know what works and we want each of our clients to feel the great benefits of a healthy lifestyle. What matters to us most is the results.”

Stephen said: “We are on a mission to help Northampton reach their fitness goals for 2015. It’s not about quick fixes and crash diets; we introduce beneficial lifestyle changes to transform lives and it works. If you need proof, just look at the transformations that have already been achieved at DVCC.

“We regularly see clients’ body fat percentage drop significantly within the first few weeks, usually losing between 14 to 18 pounds within six weeks of joining.”

The centre specialises in small group and private sessions which will generally run from 6am 8pm. To celebrate their launch in Northampton, the Grays are offering their six-week Body Transformation Programme at half price.
