The owner of a rehearsal and recording studio in Northampton is celebrating after the completion of the venue’s latest facilities.

Stalkers Studio in Northampton opened in 2011 at the K2 Business Centre in King’s Heath and has continued to expand since.

Last week, owner Paul Brown held an event for friends and family to thank them for their support and to show them the latest addition to Stalkers.

Mr Brown said: “I want to say a huge thanks to everybody who has been involved in the planning and building of the new premises and the patience from my family.

“The Endorsement from Blackstar has been a great help to us in giving the studio an extra professional feel and we are very happy with their support.

“It’s been a long difficult year but very proud of what we have achieved at Stalkers.”

Mr Brown recently had The Selecter rehearse in one of their rehearsal rooms ahead of their tour.

He also thanked drum tutor Chris Hardwick, Jon Martin for all his guidance in running the recording site and all the bands which have been using the facilities.

Stalkers will also be supporting the Thomas Fund, offering the charity rooms to assist with its music therapy sessions.
