A pub in Northampton has been put up for sale priced at more than a quarter of a million pounds.
The Victoria Inn, near The Racecourse, which also includes a three-bedroom owner’s accommodation and a decked rear courtyard is being marketed at £275,000.
Keith Goodwin, associate director, of Davis Coffer Lyons, the company selling the pub, said the pub is a “characterful” building with seating for approximately 50 customers.
Mr Goodwin said: “It currently trades as traditional community pub with a lively atmosphere and hosts quiz nights as well as weekly music evenings. “The pub currently operates entirely on wet sales which potentially offers scope to increase the trade by upgrading the first floor catering kitchen to serve food. Trade is primarily drawn from the immediate and surrounding areas.”
