PHOTO GALLERY: Discover Northampton Live brings entertainment to Market Walk shopping centre
Northampton town centre was taken over by singing, dancing, music, theatre, comedy and more on Saturday.
This first ‘Discover Northampton Live’ day of 2016, organised by Northampton town centre Business Improvement District (BID), took place inside Market Walk Shopping centre.
Family-friendly fun included a tap dancing workshop and dance demos. Captain Pigheart showed children how to walk, talk and act like a pirate. Plus there was a plate spinning workshop and much more.
The BID’s ‘Discover Northampton Live’ events programme will run until October 2016, with entertainment lined up for the second Saturday of every month.
