Eleven Towcester neighbours had plenty to smile about at the weekend after landing £1,000 each thanks to their lucky postcode.

The gang from Greenview Drive in the town scooped the cash when NN12 6DL was plucked out as a People’s Postcode Lottery winner in the daily draw on Saturday.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassadors will not be knocking on their doors due to the Covid-19 situation, but Judie McCourt sent her well wishes, saying: “A big congratulations to all those who have picked up a prize in Towcester. I hope they are able to treat themselves to something special with the money.”
