Partie time for chef Nigel

Whittlebury Hall are celebrating success after Nigel Norris, Chef de Partie for Murrays at Whittlebury Hall came a close second in the ‘Chef of the Year’ category at the recent Milton Keynes Food and Leisure Awards 2015.

For Nigel, who has worked at Whittlebury Hall for almost two years, it was the first time he’d taken part in a competition.

Michael Stott, Director at Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa, said: “The awards were a great opportunity for our restaurant, and our Executive Head Chef and his team to demonstrate the talent behind our fine dining cuisine and we are very delighted and proud that Nigel has been awarded such an impressive accolade.”
