Owner kicked dog after it bit woman outside Northamptonshire supermarket

A dog that had been tied up outside a Northamptonshire supermarket bit a woman on her leg as she walked past it.

The dog bite happened outside the Co-Op in Watling Street, Towcester, at about 9.30am on Sunday, February 23.

When the woman informed the dog’s owner she had been bitten, he kicked the dog and became aggressive with members of the public.

He was a white man, between 45 and 55-years-old and between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in with a slim to medium build.

He was wearing a dark leather-effect hat and a dark jacket, was clean shaven and had a shaved head.
