Although I have sympathy for our schools’ lockdown dilemma I think maybe we worry too much about our kids.

They are resilient, have all their lives in front of them and will bounce back as children in the war years did.

All age groups are suffering mentally and otherwise.

What about the people nearing the end of their lives? Have they got to sit around going stir crazy with only a few years left?

All some want to do is have a cup of tea or a pint in the local and chat about old times!
