A Northamptonshire woman who is allergic to gluten is appealing for a business, charity or organisation to help eat a cake that could feed more than 100 people.
Michelle Young, of Wellingborough, recently designed a cake to celebrate 25 years of Mr Bean and it was then made by the famous Choccywoccydoodah.
Unfortunately, Ms Young has coeliac disease and the cake is not gluten free.
It is a rich chocolate rum and raisin cake, filled with a chocolate ganache and then covered in white chocolate.
Ms Young said: “I do not want the cake to go to waste, as I expect it could feed well over 100 people.
“I’ve had a few charities ask if they can raffle it off, but that still leaves someone with a huge cake to dispose of.
“All I want is for the cake to be used to its full potential.”
Ms Young said she would like the cake to be used for fund-raising or donated to a good cause but mainly wants it to be eaten and enjoyed.
