A stamp showing a Northamptonshire church has been released by Royal Mail as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations of issuing special stamps.
All Saints Church in Earls Barton is among 10 buildings from the east of England, using an image that was taken in 1972.
Royal Mail has been publishing special stamps which feature iconic images of historic buildings across the country since 1965.
Other buildings featured on this year’s stamps include Leicester University, the Grand Junction canal and the National Space Centre in Leicester.
Visitors to the site at www.rmspecialstamps.com can browse through the stamps by the decade and also view the stamps that were issued in the year that they were born.
