Northampton man who went missing before floods has been found

A man who went missing before the floods in Northampton last week has been found safe and well.

There were fears for 24-yea-old Damien Jackson’s safety a the end of last week, when he did not return to his house in Colwyn Road after leaving to walk a friend’s dog on Tuesday, March 8.

His mother Levi Jackson, issued an urgent plea to trace him on Friday, fearing he may have been caught in the floods that hit the county on Wednesday.

However Northamptonshire Police has confirmed Damien has been found safe and well.
