On Saturday there will also be a special smoothie bike arriving in the centre where shoppers will be invited to create smoothies using pedal power.

Throughout both Saturday and Sunday, visitors to the shopping centre will be invited to take part in the#IPledge challenge to help reduce waste.

Kevin Legg, centre manager at Weston Favell shopping centre, said: “Throughout the weekend, all of our events are about creating awareness of what we do and inspiring others to do a little bit more.

“We are proud how hard we work to create an environmentally friendly, clean, green shopping space. That’s not to say we can’t do a little bit more, we will also be joining in with the pledges and we hope to see many of our shoppers doing so too.”
