The following people were sentenced at Northampton Magistrates’ Court:

Aleks Kola, aged 37, of Woodstock Billing Road, Northampton, damaged a van; conditional discharge for 12 months, compensation of £250, surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Damaged a car; conditional discharge for 12 months, compensation of £250.

Callum Rose, aged 23, of Artizan Road, Northampton, dangerous driving, taking a vehicle without consent, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 101 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath; pleaded guilty, sent to Crown Court for sentencing.

Kevin Ward, aged 59, of Auctioneers Court, Northampton, used threatening or insulting words or behaviour; fined £200, compensation of £50, surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Michael Daly, aged 44, c/o Tresham Green, Rye Hill, Duston, possession of cocaine; fined £120, surcharge of £30. Broke into Co-Op and stole scratchcards, possession of an item in relation to committing an offence; pleaded guilty, sent to Crown Court for sentence.

Felix Damoc, aged 34, of Cyril Street, Northampton, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 163 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath; jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work, surcharge of £115, costs of £85, banned from driving for 40 months.

Yvette Fieldwick, aged 44, of Newstone Crescent, Northampton, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 79mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath; fined £120, surcharge of £30, costs of £85, banned from driving for 20 months.

Adam Simpson, aged 34, of Bakers Lane, Long Buckby, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 79mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath; fined £120, surcharge of £30 and costs of £85, banned from driving for 20 months.

Wesley Stratford, aged 40, of Great Holme Court, Northampton, drink-driving with a breath test reading of 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath; fined £80, surcharge of £30 and costs of £85, banned from driving for 16 months.

Jamie Davies, aged 39, of Woodstock, Northampton, stole a pedal cycle; jailed for four weeks consecutive, compensation of £369.99, surcharge of £115. Fraud; jailed for six weeks, compensation of £36.11. Stole a laptop, laptop bag, iPhone and cash; jailed for six weeks consecutive, compensation of £385.

Kyle Epps, aged 23, c/o St Peters Gate, Brackley, broke into a school and training centre; community order made, compensation of £250, surcharge of £85, costs of £200.

Charles Haw, aged 48, of Campbell Street, Northamtpon, had possession of a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason; community order made, surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.
