Police have started an investigation after a man with fresh injuries was discovered at the edge of the Northampton General Hospital site.
Officers were called to Cliftonville, near NGH’s accident and emergency car park shortly before 11pm last night.
The man suffered leg and head injuries and is currently being treated at NGH.
Northamptonshire Police said they are “investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident” and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
