A man has had his appeal against an anti-social behaviour order which banned him from a Wellingborough street after he threatened residents dismissed by the courts.
In April Mechone Jordan, 28, was given a five-year Asbo banning him from entering Albert Road in Wellingborough, threatening or intimidating residents of Albert Road, approaching members of the public to gain money and acting or inciting others to act in an antisocial manner.
He appealed against the order, but that appeal was thrown out by officials at Northampton Crown Court this week.
Jordan was also ordered to pay £1,500 court costs.
The order was originally brought by Wellingborough Council and Northamptonshire Police’s Anti-social Behaviour Unit.
