Man suffers damaged teeth after assault in Northampton

A 46-year-old man suffered a cut to the face and damaged teeth after he was assaulted by a man in Northampton.

The man was with a friend in the St Leonards Road/Haines Road area of the town on Monday, March 3 when he was approached by a man who assaulted him.

The victim was taken to Northampton General Hospital to be treated for his injuries.

The attacker was a white man, in his late 20s, around 5ft 11ins, of slim build and had short hair.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
