A primary school is warning parents to be alert after a child was flashed at by a man in Northampton as they were walking home.
A group of 10 and 11-year-olds were in Boughton Green Road, Kingsthorpe, when a man who was standing in some bushes near the Sunnyside Pub swore at them and exposed himself to one of the children.

Police received two reports about the incident, which happened on Wednesday at about 3.30pm.
Their school, All Saints CE Primary, has now written to parents urging them to reinforce the message to their children not to linger on the way home.
It also added that, in a separate incident an attempt was made to take a young boy’s mobile phone during an attack near another nearby primary school. The letter said the boy was not hurt but was left very shaken.
Claire Dunstan, the headteacher, wrote: “If your children are walking to and from school by themselves or in a group of friends, please reiterate the importance of being vigilant and getting home as soon as possible.
