Man allegedly ‘pushed’ woman into a shop window in Northampton before assaulting her

A bid to identify a man who allegedly pushed a woman into a shop window in Northampton before assaulting her has been launched by police.

The incident is alleged to have taken place in Kingsley Park Terrace on Wednesday, May 27, at around 4.30pm.

A police spokesperson said that witnesses “saw a woman being pushed into a shop window and believe she was then assaulted.”

The offender is described as being in his late thirties, about 5ft 7in tall with short, blonde hair.

The spokesperson added that the force is seeking the public’s help to identify both the victim and the offender.
