The order states that the use of the premises has resulted in serious nuisance to members of the public and prevents anybody from gaining access to 5 Harlestone House during that period.

PC Tom Hill, from Northampton Safer Community Team, said: “Over the past few weeks and months there have been a number of reports and incidents of anti-social and criminal behaviour at the address and we have worked in partnership with the local housing provider East Midlands Housing to apply for this order and have spoken with local residents explaining what it means.”
