Northampton Old Scouts under 18’s are sporting their new match kit thanks to the support of a national house builder.

Earlier in the season, Bellway Homes, which is currently developing two new sites in the town at Bridgewater Drive and Crestwood Road confirmed the sponsorship agreement with the Rushmere Road club. The deal which now makes Bellway one of the club’s main sponsors includes supplying the Under 18’s team with new match shirts, as well as providing new post protectors for the two main pitches and covering the cost of new signage.

Currently enjoying a terrific season, the Old Scouts are not only top of their league, but the club house itself has been extended and undergone a complete revamp over recent months.

President of Old Scouts, Keith Shurville, said: “We are pleased that at this stage in the season we are top of the table, sponsorship is vitally important and has a huge role to play in a club’s success. We really appreciate Bellway’s involvement in supporting grass roots community rugby and are delighted to welcome them as one of our main sponsors.”

Sales Manager for Bellway Homes Elaine Brown added: “As a company, Bellway Homes always likes to work with and support the local community. We are therefore delighted to have been given the opportunity to be main sponsors for the Old Scouts. Their new shirts look great, we hope their success on the field will continue for the rest of the season, and wish them all the very best of luck.”
