Heavy traffic in north of Northampton after crash involving pedestrian and motorcyclist, reports say

A pedestrian has reportedly been involved in a crash with a motorcyclist on a Northampton road.

Heavy traffic is building along Kettering Road at the junction with Stanton Avenue after the reported crash.

According to the RAC, southbound on Kettering Road has been closed and traffic is moving very slowly. Northbound traffic is improving.

The pedestrian is believed to have received injuries and emergency services are at the scene.
