Glass shard-wielding burglars nearly run Northampton man over during their escape from his house
On Saturday night (December 10) between 7pm and 8pm, the victim returned to his home in Friars Avenue, Far Cotton, to find three men in the property.
A police spokeswoman said he confronted one of the men who threatened him with a piece of glass and, after a short scuffle, the suspect left the house through the front door. The victim was uninjured.
